OdysseyApex provides automation and workflow implementation services, including (but not limited to) lead follow-up, scheduling automation, CRM workflows, messaging sequences, and related integrations.
2) No Guarantees
Results vary based on your lead flow, offer, sales process, responsiveness, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, including increased revenue, bookings, or conversion rates.
3) Client Responsibilities
To deliver services, you agree to provide timely access and information, such as:
Required accounts/logins or permissions (CRM, forms, calendars, ad platforms where applicable)
Accurate business details and preferences
Prompt approvals, feedback, and testing cooperation
Delays in access or communication may delay delivery timelines.
4) Payments & Fees
Pricing is provided in writing (proposal, invoice, or message) before work begins. Unless otherwise stated:
Setup fees are due before implementation begins
Ongoing support/optimization (if applicable) is billed monthly
Refunds: Unless explicitly stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable once work has started due to time, labor, and tool costs.

For client work: unless otherwise agreed, you receive the right to use the automation assets we build for your business, while any reusable frameworks/templates we use remain our property.
